In order to provide increasingly more practical tools, provide valid support in the display, understanding and choice of products, respond to the requests of its customers and help them find the most suitable solution quickly and effectively, Te.Co. has decided to renew its site, to make it even more practical, immediate and detailed.
A decision also taken based on information from our sales force, in direct contact with users and, consequently, more aware of their needs, but also following the requests of the customers themselves, to whom Te.Co. dedicates constant attention and assistance.
The new site graphics and design have changed to be more modern, minimal and with high impact, but also providing an original user experience.
HOME PAGE
To highlight the range of special cables dedicated to industry and strengthen the visibility of the all industrial components for industrial automation, the new home page is divided vertically into two specific and thorough sections, with direct links to the specific site pages, to the brochure, to related news, to contacts and, for special cables, to the relative configurator.
CABLE SEARCH: THE NEW ONLINE CONFIGURATOR
Further optimised configurator to guide customers to find products even more quickly, starting from the type of cable sought.
Once this parameter has been entered, the new Te.Co. configurator reduces the available solutions and opens a further advanced search by features, until the ideal product is found.
The configurator generates a technical sheet of the selected product which, compared to the previous site, contains much more in-depth and detailed information, for a better understanding overall.
The sheet can be downloaded, saved and printed, and it is possible to send an immediate request for a customised quote.
CABLE FAMILIES
Another important new feature is the section dedicated to the Te.Co. cable families, divided into “dynamic installation” and “static installation”.
You will find the main specifications and some indications on the type of use and application industries for each cable family in these new pages to help you quickly and clearly identify the right cable for your needs.
CABLE TYPES
The cable type section is also new: Te.Co. has decided to simplify the search by grouping, within specially designed tables, the types of cable and their features.
AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS
The section dedicated to automation solutions that Te.Co. offers as a technological partner of important brands on the national and international market, with emphasis on the three main partnerships, Datalogic, Rockwell Automation and Phoenix Contact, but also on pre and post sales services that guarantee continuous assistance in the supply of complete solutions.
CERTIFICATION AND SALES NETWORK
All the Te.Co. certifications, Italian and international, are ordered, available and downloadable on the relative page.
As regards the new section dedicated to the sales network, it has been divided between cable and components, to allow customers to immediately identify the Te.Co. representative to contact for each Region.
