Te.Co. is presenting the new family of cables for static installation for servo drives, “DRIVEFLEX 9YSLCYK-JB”, as an alternative to the current DRIVEFLEX 2YSLCYK-J® range, for installations in the north American market with UL Recognized AWM Style 21179 80°C 1000V; CSA AWM I/II A/B 80°C 1000V approval.

Characteristics of the DRIVEFLEX 9YSLCYK-JB cables for static installation
The DRIVEFLEX 9YSLCYK-JB cables for static installation have conductors insulated with low capacity polyolefin and double shielding, consisting in an Aluminium/Mylar strip contained in a tinned copper braid with coverage equal to or higher than 85%.
These elements, combined with the special construction geometry (three phase conductors and the ground conductor divided into three conductors placed in the external, empty areas) considerably reduce irradiated disturbances and voltage spikes on motor wrapping, especially in long, inverter-motor connection lines.
