Te.Co. stellt die neue Produktserie mit Kabeln für die Festinstallation namens “DRIVEFLEX 9YSLCYK-JB“ für Servoantriebseinheiten vor. Sie ersetzt das derzeitige Sortiment DRIVEFLEX 2YSLCYK-J® für Installationen im nordamerikanischen Markt mit der Zulassung UL Recognized AWM Style 21179 80°C 1000V; CSA AWM I/II A/B 80°C 1000V.

Eigenschaften der Kabel für Festinstallation DRIVEFLEX 9YSLCYK-JB
Die Kabel für Festinstallation DRIVEFLEX 9YSLCYK-JB haben Leiter mit Isolierungen aus kapazitätsarmem Polyolefin und eine doppelte Abschirmung aus einem Aluminium/Mylar-Band und einem darüber liegenden verzinnten Kupfergeflecht mit einer Bedeckung größer oder gleich 85%.
Zu diesen Elementen kommt die besondere Konstruktionsgeometrie bestehend aus drei Außenleitern und einer auf drei in den äußeren leeren Bereichen positionierte Leiter aufgeteilten Erdung, was Störungen und Spannungsspitzen auf die Motorwicklungen, insbesondere auf lange Verbindungsleitungen Wechselrichter-Motor, erheblich reduziert.
Der Kabelmantel aus PVC in der Farbe Schwarz verleiht dem Kabel eine gute Beständigkeit gegen UV-Strahlung und sorgt dafür, dass das Kabel auch für die Verlegung in Kabelkanälen im Industriebereich geeignet ist.
Ende Juli 2017 werden die neuen Formationen, deren Ausrichtung gerade in Gang ist, vollständig verfügbar sein.
